Logistics Park should grow near Trenčín

Another logistics complex should grow near Trenčín. After two announced projects in the municipalities Chocholná-Velčice and Trenčianske Stankovce the logistics park should also grow in the cadastre of neighbouring Opatovce. Trenčín Company KUPRED intends to build the logistics park on both sides of the D1 motorway. The construction will require 33.2 million Euro; the Park located 3.5 km from Trenčín will bring nearly 40 thousand meters of area and 480 parking spaces. The investor plans to start building as early as this year.
