Trenčín expects that its industrial park will be filled up soon
The Trenčín municipality expects that it will come to terms with investors soon. They should fill up the so far empty local industrial park, which foundation stone has been laid in autumn 2006. CTP Invest, Dutch developer, which purchased 28 hectares from the municipality, plays primo. Several tens of small and medium foreign investors shall settle thereon. A manufacturer of LCD displays could allegedly anchor here as well. “There are several interested entities from the machinery and electrical industries. However, due to running negotiations, we are bound by confidentiality agreementa, so we cannot provide currently more information,” said Jana Marková from the Trenčín mayor’s office. According to him, the local municipality carefully considers choice of investors to fulfil the aim to bring investments with the so called added value to the regional capital. Creation of jobs for at least 3,000 persons is expected in the Bratislavská industrial park.
