Offices in Bratislava achieved of 1.278 million m2 in the 3rd quarter

Bratislava disposed of an office space with the total area of 1.278 million m2 in late September 2009. This results from the data of Bratislava Research Forum (BRF) created by three real estate consultancy companies – Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International. As moreover the real estate group said 59% of the offer is the office space in the standard „A“ and 41% the office space in the standard „B.“ Since the beginning of this year until the end of September 99.4 thousand m2 of new office space was completed.
