New residential building to be built at Bratislava´s Ružinov
A residential building should be built on the Ružinov car park bordered by the streets Maximiliána Hella, Jesenná, Trnavská cesta and Meteorová. Citizens living in the immediate vicinity of the construction have compiled a petition requesting that the Ružinov´s district mayor Slavomír Drozd halts the issuing of the permission for construction of the it. According to them, the investor has already presented the investment plan to the district´s authorities. According to Maroš Smolec, spokesman for the city district, documents for zoning proceedings for 2 multi-functional buildings are present at the city authorities. Each of the buildings has 2 podiums with two above-ground floors and 4 seven-floor residential buildings on them. The building authority’s position to the documentation as well as to the petition is currently being compiled; the views of the construction and environmental committees from 14th June and 12th July were dissenting.
