Avalta wants a multi-function centre for 48,5 mill. in Košice

The company Avalta wants to build Multifunkčné centrum in Košice – Moldavská, the expected investment totals to EUR 48,5 mill. It should include a commercial passage, a pedestrian zone and a network of cycling paths. The built-up area of the centre accounts for 21 700 m2. The construction is scheduled to start in October this year, its completion in June 2012. The commercial passage building will be divided in height into three above-ground floors and an underground parking space. A pedestrian zone will lead through the centre of the designed complex, its main inner part will have the shape of a city boulevard with commercial spaces but also stalls with vegetables or with traditional arts.
