Polish Merkury Market plans further expansion in Slovakia

The Polish company Merkury Market plan to build another store selling furniture, interior decorations and building materials, in which they will invest approx. EUR 4,6 mill. More than 30 new jobs should be created in Trnava. The construction is scheduled to start this year and finish one year later. The store should cover an area of over 16 thousand m2 near the Trnava suburb of Modranka. Merkury Market currently operates 9 stores in Slovakia, in Prešov, Bratislava, Žilina, Banska Bystrica, Košice, Michalovce, Poprad, Prievidza and Trenčín. The company´s stocked product range exceeds 55 thousand.
