Another Stop.Shop shopping centre opened in Dubnice
Another Stop.Shop shopping centre covering an area of 12,500 m2 and with a leasable area of 3,500 m2 has opened in Dubnice nad Váhom. There are currently 5 shops in the building. The investor is the Austrian company Immofinanz Group via the company CB Dubnica s.r.o., its developer is the company RE-ARS, s.r.o. from Bratislava. According to Dubnice mayor, Jozef Gašparík, Stop.Shop is a place where people from the region can find work. He says that there are already several tens of Dubnice inhabitants working in the shopping centre. Stop.Shop also opened in Liptovský Mikuláš in November this year and another will open in Dolný Kubín in April 2011. A total of 10 shopping galleries of this brand will operate in Slovakia.
