The multifunctional object will grow in Bratislava at the price of 27 millions
The new multifunctional object will apparently grow in the capital of Slovakia at the price of almost 27 millions Euro. Grand House, s.r.o. company plans to build it up in the municipal district Ružinov by rebuilding the existing building in Záhradnícka Street, where Slovenská Sporiteľňa (the Slovak Savings Bank) serves, and by the building-out of new additional buildings. It intends to launch building already this year, whereas its finish is planned two years later. Thanks of that more than 160 new job positions ought to be established. The multifunctional complex, which should have 8 to 9 storeys, will offer almost 4 thousand m2 of area for administrative purposes, 6.5 m2 for business and services, apartment flats and a four-star hotel involving 150 rooms to potential interested people. The investor intends to build-up more than 360 parking places in underground garages in the frame of this project.
