Bratislava: the Old City deputies about the sale of the land in Búdková

Local deputies of the Old City are dealing with the proposal to sell lands in the streets Búdková and Na stráni in Bratislava on the Tuesday meeting of the Bratislava Old City representation. Lands are located in the Machnáč locality, on the territory of the former garden settlements. It is now neglected, because the local self-administration announced the commercial tender for the sale of the property. Mamet Company, s.r.o. offered for the lands 4 500 000 € to use them to build family houses. Lands would be sold whole. Some of them, however, are burdened by lawsuits.
