Zvolen completed a further residential house; tenants were selected by drawing lots
Last year was built a further residential house involving 20 flats in addition to the three residential houses with more than 100 urban rental flats, which Zvolen built in years 2004 and 2008 in the Zlatý potok (Golden stream) site. As told Juliana Ištóková, the head of the Department of the Town Development at the Zvolen magistrate, the total constructional budget was 1 014 592 Euro, of which 237 370 Euro was a grant from the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development, a loan from the Housing Development Fund was 616 457 Euro and the remainder paid the town from its own resources. In the latest residential house there are 7 one-roomed flats 13 double-roomed ones. The city selected tenants by drawing lots.
