Multifunctional project for 9,6 mill. to be built in Košice

A new multifunctional project DaVinci centre will be built in Košice. The company DaVinciGroup wants to start its construction at the beginning of next year and invest approx. EUR 9,6 mill. Completion of works is planned at the end of 2012. The triple-storey multifunctional centre will provide interior sports facilities, children´s leisure world, swimming relaxation centre, restaurants and retail services. It will cover the area of nearly 6 thousand m2, the built-up area should be more than 3,3 thousand m2. Approximately 20 new jobs should be created.
