Offices costing EUR 5 mill. to be built in Košice

A multi-functional building, mainly for leasing administrative space, will be built on the area of 6.3 thousand sqm in Košice. IQS intends to invest EUR 5 mill. Its investment plan states that construction will start next year, it is scheduled for 2 years. The six-storey multi-functional building at Ipelska street will offer nearly 3,000 sqm of administration space and more than 600 sqm of commercial space. According to the investor, important positive factors are location of the building on the plots owned by them and expected economic development for construction companies based in Košice and its surroundings, which will help to decrease unemployment. Operation of the building will provide a total of 15 new jobs.
