Denisa Brandwijková heading to Cushman & Wakefield
New member of the industrial team at the Prague office of Cushman & Wakefield is Denisa Brandwijková – she is starting in the position of Industrial Negotiator specializing in small retail units and storage units. Brandwijková has been in the real estate sector since 2004 when she worked for the company Brandwijk & Partners. The company sells commercial properties and deals with selling and renting residential real estate. “We see a growing potential in the small commercial and storage units, ie. area of up to 2,000 sqm and we are therefore building a team specializing in this sector. Denisa Brandwijková has experience both from the real estate sector and in client communication and we therefore believe that she will be a valuable asset in our team,“ says Ferdinand Hlobil, head of Central-European industrial team at C&W. Brandwijková graduated from Technical University in Liberec majoring in Textile Engineering. She speaks English, German and basic Dutch. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, dancing and music.
