Jan Kotrbáček new head of retail at C&W
Jan Kotrbáček (34) became the head of retail property leasing team at the Cushman & Wakefield Prague office on 1st Dec. He takes over the position from Martin Žížala who led the department for the past six years. Kotrbáček will be responsible for the Czech and Slovak markets, until now he was the leader of the rental retail units team in the town centres which is part of the retail team. He worked in this position from July 2002, he joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001. In January 2010 he became a company partner.
Kotrbáček is one of the founding members of the SNMP Association (Association of Prague´s New Town) which brings together major owners and tenants in the city centre who work together to improve the quality of business environment in Prague 1. His main pastimes include travelling, outdoor activities and photography.
