Brno: Raiffeisen to build H-park

The company Raiffeisen Leasing Real Estate, through its subsidiary RLRE Carina Property, has obtained a building permission for the project of H-park combined complex with floor space of 8,000 sqm. This project will offer a mixture of retail, office and warehouse space for lease. The site is located on the outskirts of the city centre, near the commercial zone in Heršpická street. “Brno is a very unique market within the Czech Republic. The demand for industrial property has exceeded supply in the long-term. It is due to the lack of suitable land for commercial development. The arrival of a new property developer is thus a welcome revival,” says Jaroslav Kaizr, head of the industrial space leasing department at Cushman & Wakefield.
