Spišská Nová Ves will have a new industrial park
Spišská Nová Ves is likely to have a new industrial park. It should be built in the area Podskala. MH Invest, founded by the Slovak Ministry of Economy, which is engaged in consulting activities in construction industry, trade, manufacturing, technical and organizational security, has announced a tender for the construction of transport infrastructure and utilities. The state plans to spend more than EUR 2.4 million. on the tender.
“The contract will include rehabilitation of existing buildings in the area and construction of buildings for the purposes of using the area as industrial zones, including access communications and building of utilities,” MH Invest clarified. The state plans to support the construction of industrial parks also in Medzilaborce and Nitra. Less than 1 million euro should be spent on the construction of the industrial park in Nitra Jih and over 2 million euro on the park in Medzilaborce.
