EUR 1.4 million investment will be added to D1 Park in Bratislava
Property development company IPEC Group will build an office building with the area of 1,100 sqm for the logistic company DHL. According to the developer, estimated amount of the investment is EUR 1.4 million. The new office space will be built on DHL premises in the business park D1 Park Bratislava/Senec. The building together with the land will remain in ownership of one of the companies belonging to IPEC Group and DHL will continue to lease it in the long term. Construction of the new building should start in October and tenants should move in in April 2012.
Business park D1 Park Bratislava/Senec is situated 20 km from the capital at the crossroads of the D1 motorway and roads linking the towns of Pezinok and Senec. The territory has been developed by IPEC since 2004. Currently, the park hosts services of international companies DHL, Prologis, Goodman, Gebrueder Weiss, Scania, or Schmiz Cargobulladt.
IPEC has been operating in the property development market since 1993. It specializes in industrial and logistic premises, but also in the construction of housing, commercial premises and offices. Among its most important projects implemented are Business Service Center in Tuhovské, Bratislava, Senec logistics centres and additional 30 manufacturing sites in Ukraine, Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the housing sector, the group has completed 12 residential complexes.
