Matoušková and Thomas strengthening capital markets at C&W
Karolína Matoušková and Edward Thomas have joined the capital markets team at Cushman & Wakefield Prague office. Karolína has become a salaried partner and will manage a number of key investment contracts in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Edward will be responsible for generating new business and will work on key transactions for international clients. Thomas joined the capital markets team from valuations team, where spent two years valuing assets across the CR and Slovakia.
Matoušková has nearly twenty years´ experience in the Czech real estate market. She previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle – she co-founded their local office in the early 1990s, managing their activities in the Czech and Slovak markets. Subsequently she founded and became partner of The Property Advisory Group where she worked for clients such as Invesco, Bank Austria/Creditanstalt, Ahold, AEW Europe and Europolis for the past 10 years. She is fluent in English and Italian and gets by in Russian. She likes to spend her free time with her family.
Edward Thomas comes from C&W valuations team, he
has more than three years´ experience in commercial real estate market in CEE
as well as the core Western countries. Prior to relocating to Prague, he worked
for a London real estate consulting firm. He graduated from Nottinghem Trent
University in England and holds a bachelor´s degree in real estate management.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS.
