Kupred, s.r.o. Company plans to build-up the logistic complex at price of approximately 33.2 mills Euro. In the cadastre of Opatovce village ought to grow up 6 logistics halls and two objects of services. Roughly 300 new jobs ought to rise after the commercial-logistics complex is built-up. The investor intends to start building the commercial-logistics centre in April this year, whereas beginning of operation is planned two years later.
The logistics complex ought to spread out on the area of almost 140 thousand m2 according to the investment design.
