Investors plan to build-up multifunctional objects in spite of the economic crisis. Currently three companies, which plan to start building multifunctional objects, submitted their investment intentions.

Košice Sliačska, s.r.s. Company ruled by Hutné Stavby Development Company, plans to build-up the multifunctional object on the area above 14 thousand m2 in the Bratislava municipal district Nové Mesto. It plans to invest approximately 16.6 mills Euro here according to the intention. 133 housing units ought to arise in this complex. Almost 1 700 m2 ought to be available for administration in this object and almost 400 m2 for needs of commerce and services. The investor intents start building it in July this year. The building finalization is planned two years later.

Slovenka Resort, s.r.o.
