In Bratislava III Towers final inspection proceedings are carrying out
Finalization of building and craft works proceeded in the three residential towers in the multifunctional complex III Towers of the developers Cresco Group and Quinlan Private Golub in Bajkalská Street in Bratislava. There is carrying out final inspection proceedings there in the 1st and the 2nd high building and this process is before its finish. Currently also handing over flats itself to future owners run up fully according to the investor.
Interest in housing in the multifunctional complex, the building-up of which started in year 2006, was and is big. And not only in small flats but also in large ones. Above 523 flats have been sold from the total amount of 633 flats at 24 aboveground storeys. Works on III Towers go on according to the timetable and the investor, because it is half sold out, has no reason to think of suspension the building-up.
“Also in case of business spaces in the complex III Towers huge interest can be spoken about,” Petra Veselá, the marketing director of Cresco Group Company, tells. Already 90% from them are rented, what confirms success of the project. “ Two banks, a shop, dry cleaner's shop, florist's, pharmacy, tree coffee shops, pizzeria, Steak House, Chinese restaurant, fast see food, DVD lending shop, shoes, PNS (post newspaper service) and two mobile operators will belong to new tenants. We try to finalize all the building-up as soon as possible, and so to enable owners to take over new flats in the first half-year of this year and to use advantages of the complex with all its services” Veselá closes.
