Crisis did not affect prices of apartments in the Bratislava complex Eurovea

Construction of the new municipal ward Eurovea on the left bank of the Danube in Bratislava goes on according to the plan – to be opened in March 2010. The current crisis did not affect sales of apartments in the 1st part of the complex for 350 million Euros, which are sold more than 50%. „The change in pricing strategy in case of furnished apartments was not made,“ said the spokeswoman of Ballymore Properties Patrícia Hradilová. The crisis reportedly did not affect either the segment of office or business premises, which are leased to 95%.
