Janušek submits the bill draft of the new building law
The minister of the building and regional development, Marian Janušek, submits, after long preparation and commenting, the bill draft of the new law on the country planning and on the building order including the amendment on entrepreneurial activities (the building law) to the nearest Cabinet meeting. The new building law regulates problems with the country planning and the building order as well as the state building supervision and sanctions imposed in case of the building discipline infringement.
The proposed law assumes decrease of administrative severity of permission proceedings according to the new differentiation of structures in connection to the new permission processes in consideration of a structure building-technical severity. The institute of a structure auditor should be established and check-up of structures realization and removal of found imperfections ought to be substantiated.
