Pinnacle will build a centralized warehouse for Möbelix
Pinnacle Company, which deals with the development, management and operation of distribution parks, started construction of a new hall with storage and office spaces for the furniture dealer – Möbelix Company. Completion of the hall construction with the area of 28 thousand m2 in the logistics park PointPark Bratislava is scheduled for September this year. The new hall will become a central warehouse of Möbelix, from which the company wants to supply countries in the Central Europe, particularly Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. According to Pinnacle Company it is the largest transaction of the tailor-made construction in the logistics halls market this year. Opening of the centralized warehouse is to bring 40 new jobs at Lozorno and planned amount of investments will achieve about 15 mills Euro.
