Rules of ventilation in tunnels should be refined

Slovak tunnels need to refine the rules of fire ventilation and safety. The effective regulation of the Ministry of Transport does not define conditions of fire ventilation sufficiently now. It resulted from the seminar on fire ventilation and safety of traffic tunnels, which organized the Slovak Tunnel Association (STA) in the Bratislava Doprastav on Thursday. "For designing individual tunnels are used the agreed methodologies from abroad which we take over. Our goal is to say clearly that this methodology will be used for next tunnels and we will meet these and these rules, "said the committee member Victoria Chomová from Dopravoprojekt Company.
