The South City in Petržalka has a further spatial decision

The South City Project in Bratislava-Petržalka received the spatial decision for first phases of A and B zones. Lydia Omastová, the manager for communications of Cresco Group Company, confirmed this. The Zone Slnečnice (Sunflowers) as the1st stage of the C (C1) zone between Rusovecká cesta and the Petržalka dam received the spatial decision in the summer yet; a planning permission is expected in early 2010. Laying the foundation stone is close according to the investor. Released was also the spatial decision for the primary infrastructure and transport connections.
