Study of the Bratislava South City is now considered acceptable

The local MPs expressed their consents with the fair copy of town-planning study submitted for the planned South City urban unit – zone A in Bratislava Petržalka. This is to say that based on decision by local government of March this year, the document had to be reworked. The parliamentary body had several substantial comments than, which had to be included into this material. Investor of the planned mega unit has accepted most of the comments. Position of several residential buildings should be changed for example – the local self-government requested their moving to more southward location. This arrangement would enable that sufficient stripe of protective greenery would be left from Pannonia Road direction. The six-storey poly-functional apartment house remains in the project. Originally, the Municipal unit did not approve construction of this house, however, presently they accepted it.
