Prešov: Slavia Capital wants to build more than 300 apartments and a senior centre

The finance group of Slavia Capital Company wants to build about 345 apartments in Tehelná Street in Prešov on the area of 26 200 m2 in the total amount of 23 mills €. It prepares the project of the senior centre for 125 to 150 seniors in the same locality in Sídlisko III in the Street of Anton Prídavka in co-operation with the non-profit association. It includes reconstruction, finishing of the building and superstructure of the existing building of no finished stomatological centre in the amount of approximately 3 mills €. The investor chose Prešov for his activities because he considers it the centre of perspective region.
