Digital Park II in Bratislava passed occupancy inspection
The second stage of the Digital Park project on the Einsteinova Street in Bratislava has passed the occupancy inspection, as confirmed by Martin Danko, spokesman for Penta. At present, the company is working on the building’s surroundings, installing lawns, building staircases and access roads. As he said, the building already has 70% occupancy, and yet they are negotiating with several big clients. Digital Park II consists of 4 interconnected buildings. The facility forms a new administration centre with additional sales and service functions, and most of its area is taken by offices. The building has 8 aboveground and 2 underground floors, and offers about a thousand parking places, outdoors and indoors. With the Digital Park project, Penta entered the real estate market in 2005. The construction of Digital Park I was finished in September 2006 and the construction of Digital Park II commenced in October 2007.
