Ružinov deputies about the study on the Mlynské Nivy zone - west

The deputies of Bratislava Ružinov should deal with the draft urban study on the Mlynské Nivy zone – west at Tuesday's council meeting. The study should be a land-planning background for processing the land use plans of the zone or changes in the land use plan of the town and preventing further densification in the urban area. It is a territory defined by the streets Prievozská, Bajkalská, Plynárenská and Prístavná. Deputies addressed the study already in May, however did not approve it. Some people are blaming the study for small areas of greenery and that does not address any school buildings along with the housing and multifunctional features.
