Three more towers to grow on Bajkalská in Bratislava
Three new towers of 10, 20 and 30 storeys at the cost of EUR 42 mill. should grown on Bajkalská street in Ružinov in Bratislava. “The residential project is fully in accordance with the city structure plan,“ said spokesman of the company Penta Martin Danko. According to the mayor of Ružinov, Slavomír Drozd, it has been agreed with the investor that the project would not become a disturbing element for its surroundings. “The metropolitan authorities will assess its accordance with the structure plan. The investor must present a binding opinion statement to the project by the metropolitan authorities. We will respect the decision,“ said Drozd. The town part presented its intentions in an urbanistic study called Štrkovecké jazero (Štrkovecké lake) which was supported by Ružinov councilors.
