Area of offices in Bratislava reached 1,3 mill. m2 last year

Bratislava had office spaces with the total area of 1,3 mill. m2 at the end of last year. Bratislava Research Fórum (BRF) data show this. The real estate cluster further said that 58 % of the offer are offices of the A standard and 42 % B standard offices. During last year, approx. 120 thousand m2 of new office spaces were completed, out of which 21 thousand m2 were finished in the fourth quarter. The concluded transactions in the last quarter reached the area of 8,6 thousand m2, which is 63,4 % of the previous quarter volume. The total volume of transactions dropped by 46 % on the year 2008. The unoccupancy rate reached 11,8 % at the end of last year.
