Slovakia: December value of credits increased by 16.1 percentages

Bank institutions offered credits for real estates in the volume of 3.63 bills SKK (120.5 mills €) in December in Slovakia, what presents the increase by 16.1% compared with previous months. The increase of building saving credits assigned under that increase, the volume of which increased from November 53 mills SKK (1.759 mills €) to December 803.3 mills SKK (26.66 mills €). Real estate credits decreased by 26.2% to 556.2 mills SKK (18.46 mills €) in December compared with the eleventh months. The drop in December also recorded other credits for real estates, i.e. by 2.1 % to 2.27 bills SKK (75.35 mills €). In cumulative expression the volume of credits for real estates presented 250.156 bills SKK (8.304 bills €) at the end of twelfth month, real-estate credits created 110,794 bills SKK (3.678 bills €) hereof and credits of building saving 55.566 bills SKK (1.844 bills €) hereof. It results from the information issued by NBS (the National Bank of Slovakia).
