Bratislava: Petržalka has a low interest in loans for insulation
Only two candidates applied for the state support for houses insulation in Petržalka in Bratislava during first three days, said the spokesman of Petržalka Ľubomír Andrassy. Under the low interest have signed, in particular, very strict criteria to obtain the credit. Houses have to be insulated complexly namely. In the case of residential house all households must have replaced windows and balcony door. Consent of all owners is in many cases difficult to acquire. The owner may be in a difficult social situation or abroad. „"The request is complex, if there is the final building permit. If only one owner appeals against it, the permit does not acquire jurisdiction, "said Andrassy. Applications may be submitted by residential flats and family houses approved on December 31, 1988 at latest.
