JLLS: E. Forejt and T. Sabongui promoted
The Czech Jones Lang LaSalle branch announced new promotions. The company executive director, Tewfik Sabongui, has been promoted to regional director, however, he will continue to act as the executive director of the Czech and Slovak offices. Tewfik Sabongui has more than eleven years of experience in the real estate sector and in the last nine year of his career he focused on the office sector, especially lease and consulting.
The company also announced the promotion of Eduard Forejt, the head of office lease department, from the position of “associate director“ to “national director“. Eduard Forejt has been with the company for several years, he was appointed as the head of office leases department in 2008. Under his leadership, Prague´s JLLS office team maintained the leading position in the market with the share between 32 – 40 % on transactions concluded by agents.
