Harry Bannatyne strengthening JLLS logistics team
Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Harry Bannatyne as head of industrial and logistics department for the Czech and Slovak Republics. As of May 2011, Harry will be responsible for expanding business activities in sales and lease of production and storage space and land transaction. He will also continue to consult his clients and will represent the tenants from the developers and end users. In addition, Harry will be in charge of implementing JLLS industrial strategy for CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) in the whole of Czech and Slovak Republics.
Harry has more than seven years´ experience in the real estate market, five of which he has focused on leasing and selling commercial space. In the last three years he helped tenants and users of logistics space, he provided them with consulting services, all this throughout negotiations until successful contract signing. During this period, Harry has built strong relations with key clients from all sectors, including companies such as Avestus, Heitman, Skanska, Karimpol, VGP, Point Park Properties, CTP, Prologis, Panattoni, Honeywell, Iron Mountain, Philips, Thermo Fischer and many others.
