New partner and attorney at bnt law office
Jan Šafránek has been promoted to new partner of law office bnt – pravda & partner where he worked as attorney –at-law for several years. Jan Šafránek graduated from Charles University in Prague. Even during his studies, he worked for a law firm which he joined upon completion of his studies as trainee lawyer specializing in corporate law. In addition to corporate law, he has specialized in complex transformation projects and holding law since 2005. He has been practising law as attorney since 2006. Jan Šafránek is a Czech native speaker, he can also speak German.
Libor Ulovec is another addition to bnt – pravda
& parter team as of May. He graduated from Charles university Faculty of Law
in Prague. In 2001 he became attorney-at-law. He specializes in commercial and
corporate law, real estate law and electronic communications law as well as
administrative proceedings and litigation. His spare time is devoted to his
family, amateur theatre, swimming and hiking. His hobbies also include classical
music and learning foreign languages.
