Finep sold two office buildings to CPI

FINEP has sold CPI Group two office building in the City West complex where the company Siemens is based. The total volume of the transaction is estimated at CZK 1.8 billion, equivalent of 7 % yield. “Business negotiations took several months. Both parties were aware that the financial scope of this transaction will set new market prices,” said Tomáš Pardubický, general manager of Finep.

Architectural studio AHK Architekti was involved in the architectural design of the administration part of City West. The project silhouette is dominated by a diamond-shaped ten-storey building. The diamond is compositionally balanced by other H-shaped administration buildings with green quiet zones. The complex of 7 administration office building will have an area of 100,000 m2 in the final stage. Other renowned companies such as Bayer, Okin, Interoute and KB have chosen City West as their seat.
