FINEP: administration centre City West opened

FINEP has completed occupancy approval of the first part of the City West administration centre. It offers 50 000 m2 of leased areas today which will double by 2014. City West is a part of the first phase of the construction of Západní Město, a project of a town part in close promixity of Stodůlky in Prague. 70 % of spaces in the centre have been leased, said Tomáš Pardubický CEO of FINEP Holding. The biggest tenant of the administration part is the company Siemens which will have its Czech headquarters in the Západní Město dominating – a ten-storey diamond-shaped – building.

Part of the first phase of Západní Město construction is a residential complex Britská Čtvrť (British District). It is composed of three apartment houses with a total of 298 flats priced starting at 43.000 CZK/m2 (excl. VAT). Rezidence City, Centrální náměstí (Central square) and a park with relaxation zones will also grow in the first phase. Everything will be completed in 2014, investment in the first phase will reach CZK 6 bill.
