Doron Klein executive director at AFI Europe
Doron Klein replaced David Hay, who is now in charge of AFI Europe´s activities in Romania, in his position. Doron Klein will be in charge of AFI Europe in the CR, where they focus mainly on existing residential, office, logistics and retail project portfolio. Apart from the Czech office, Mr Klein will also be responsible for company activities in Germany.
Doron Klein has been working in the real estate sector since 2005. He has been at AFI Europe since 2008. He was born in Israel, where he obtained bachelor´s degree in finance from Haifa University. He graduated from University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic, where he obtained MBA degree. He speaks Hebrew, Czech and English.
AFI Europe is subsidiary of Africa Israel Investments Group and their completed projects in the Czech Republic include Palác Flóra, AFI Palác in Pardubice or residential complexes Korunní Dvůr, Tulipa Modřanská Rokle and Tulipa Rokytka in Prague. The first phase of office project Classic 7 in Prague´s suburb of Holešovice has also been completed; 80 % is leased, construction of the second phase will start this year. AFI Europe is currently participating in construction of the second phase of Tulipa Rokytka and Tulipa Vokovice projects.
