Karel Klečka to strengthen King Sturge team

Karel Klečka (28) has returned to the Czech King Sturge office after a two-year stay in London. He deals with real estate investment advisory services including financial modelling of real estate transactions and development projects. Klečka graduated from The Czech Technical University in Prague and The Sheffield Hallam University in Great Britain. In 2007 he joined King Sturge within its Graduate Training programme. He worked in rentals, property management and commercial real estate valuation in the Prague office and on financial modelling and commercial and residential property valuation in the London headquarters. He became member of RICS in 2010.
