Prague Jones Lang LaSalle office has appointed new Associate Directors. Jan Mechl (34) was appointed Associate Director for Tenant Representation in office buildings. He focuses on consulting and facilitating lease transactions. He deals with numerous activities ranging from market research through to negotiation of commercial and legal aspects of the lease to the strategic advice on complex solutions to all leases of the given company. Jan Mechl holds an MSc. in property management from Sheffield Hallam University and Nottingham Trent University, UK. He is also a studying member of RICS. He speaks fluent English. His interests include mainly skiing, basketball, travelling, music and cookery.

Pavel Kašík (34) has become head of Project & Development Services. He is responsible for providing building management in construction projects, client conversions, technical supervision and technical reports of properties. In close co-operation with the Department of Corporate Solutions, he provides complete service including advisory on selection of leased space from technical point of view, master plan of projected costs and duration of the project, arranging and co-ordinating the design and construction work etc. Pavel Kašík is a graduate of Faculty of Civil Engineering in Prague and a two-year market valuation course at BIVS. He speaks fluent English. His hobby is sport.

Jan Zibura (28) has become Associate Director in Property Valuations Department. He is in charge of co-ordinating and preparing valuation of individual properties and real estate portfolios in the Czech and Slovak Republics. He specializes in valuation of investment portfolios, which include not only valuation of assets, but alternative solutions and recommendations for their future return. He has worked at JLL since 2006. Jan Zibura graduated from Sheffield Hallam University and Nottingham Trent University, where he studied real estate investment and property management. Since 2011, he has been an accredited member of RICS. He speaks fluent English. His hobbies include skiing, snowboarding and cycling.

Štefan Puci (26) was appointed as Associate Director in the Department of Capital Markets. He joined JLL Prague branch in 2006 where he gained experience in office and industrial space lease, real estate valuation and real estate market research. Since 2007, he specializes in commercial real estate investment. Štefan Puci holds a bachelor's degree in business economics. He speaks fluent English and conversational German. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and travel.
