Substantial part of the green vegetation in the small park in Belopotockého Street in Bratislava will be kept and revitalized. Above 50% of the total area of 3 412 m2 will create the green vegetation. As Tomáš Korček, the deputy of Bratislava major, told, a public accessible park with relax zones, benches and a fountain ought to rise on this land till the first quarter of 2011. They agreed about it with the investor – Strabag – Zipp Company on Thursday, according to him. There will be planted a lot of new trees and bushes. Besides, several trees intended for cutting out will be replanted on the other place in the park. „The capital made everything for that to protect the public accessible green vegetation on the land, which is not and never was in its ownership,“ Korček stated. Whole the public park will be build-up at the investor expense, who will hand it over to the ownership of the capital, which will obtain the land with the park at price of about 1.5 mills € in financial quantification. The investor intends to build-up the 9-storied multifunctional object Apartmán Park on the place of the small park. It has also had the building permission and is waiting for its legal validity.
