Flats at the price of 90 millions will maybe be build-up at Košice

MM Development Company plans to build-up the residential complex Heringeš near the Košice housing development at the price of above 90 mills Euro. It plans to start the building-up the 1st phase in March 2010 and the 2nd phase one year later as results from the investment intentions. The finalization of the whole residential complex is planned for year 2013. Heringeš ought to be spread on the area of 9 ha and offer above 1200 residential units. Beside them it also offers customers almost 16 thousand m2 of the area for shops and services, almost 600 garages and above 900 parking places. The spaces for administrative purposes will be build-up in the 1st phase involving the area of 10 thousand m2.
