The CEPIT Project is already being appraised by EIA
The investor has already submitted the project of the building-up of technological park in Bratislava Vajnory the CEPIT-Central European Park for Innovative Technologies to be appraised from its influences to the environment point of view. CPT Infra, s.r.o. Company plans to invest 800 to 900 mills Euro to its building-up in Vajnory. It intends to already start with the first phase of its building-up this year, whereas the last 4th phase ought to be finished in year 2024.The project would create the space for more than 7 thousand new working positions establishment.
„The CEPIT will be the multifunctional centre of science and research development with possibility of application results in practice. Like a business park it will represent both the pilot project for the Central Europe and the important industrial impulse for Slovakia, “how it is stated in the investment program. The technological park ought to be spread on the area of 688 thousand m2. Besides science and research it also will offer spaces for civil facilities, administrative, objects for housing, a hotel, areas for shopping and services, a congress centre, an elementary school, a kindergarten, and a university.
