CEPIT in Vajnory awaiting a building permit

The project of a scientific and technological park in Vajnory, Bratislava, called CEPIT – Central European Park for Innovative Technologies, is ready. “The first investors already have their projects in the approval proceedings at the competent building authorities,” said Tatiana Mikušová, Managing Director for CEPIT Property Management. She also added that they cooperate on the preparation of the Data Centre with Strabag Property and Facility Services; the investor of the Energy and Research Centre will be Tenergo Brno and the Business Centre project is connected with the construction of the headquarters for Hansa-Flex Hydraulik for Western Slovakia.
