Bratislava: The New City will purchase the building of the horse railway

The Bratislava New City will purchase the edge building of the First horse railway in the Krížna Street near the Trnavské Mýto from Woodimex company at the price of 1 150 000 €, which bought it like the winner of the public tender in year 2005. The price also includes the land under this historical and cultural sight besides the price of the building. The municipal district intends using it for representative and cultural purposes – for example discussions, weddings or exhibitions. The building is a symbol of the municipal district and it is also placed in its heraldry. The discussion related to the replacement of the parcel with Železnice of SR (Railways of SR) is also waiting for the major Richard Frimmel. The land using has not been spoken about yet, according to his spokesman Alžbeta Klesnilová. The major Richard Frimmel pointed out that the municipal district would have money for approved intentions and priorities also in case if the financial crisis is ongoing.
