RPG: revitalizing of other apartments

The company RPG plans to invest around 400 million crowns during 2010 to 2012 into revitalizing of another around two thousand apartments. In response to the recently adopted amendment of the law concerning deregulation of the rent, the Board of RPG accepted the proposal of the management to invest into repairs of residential fund one hundred per cent of the financial funds which shall be the difference between the amount of the regulated rent in 2009 and 2010. RPG Real Estate has invested into revitalizing of its apartments during recent five years an amount exceeding 2.7 billion CZK.
