The administrative-residential complex should grow in Prešovská Street in Bratislava
Hoc Company intends to build the administrative-residential complex in Bratislava Ružinov on the area bordered with Prešovská and Drieňová Streets and with objects of the new building Eden Park. In addition to residential and administrative functions it should also include services, park green and static traffic. The 1st aboveground floor (AF) of the administrative building will be used for trade and services. Arrival and entrance to the underground garages located on the 1st and 2nd underground floor (UF) will lead to Prešovská Street. Parking for the residential house will be solved from the 1st UF up to the 2nd AF. Its roof will be used for terraces of apartments on the 3rd up to 15th AF. The investor wants to start the construction in the 4th quarter of 2009 and complete it within 2 years.
