Bratislava: city to sell plots to Incheba for EUR 1,9 mill.

The city of Bratislava will sell plots with the area of over 2 thousand m2 to the company Incheba for more than EUR 1,9 mill. Some of these are located in the exhibition-ground premises, some outside it, in its near vicinity. The justification report shows that the company wants to buy the land in order to solve the long-term parking problem. Apart from this sale, the city council approved the sale of land below Petržalské korzo (Petržalka parade). It currently belongs to Incheba and the metropolitan district is its tenant. The council has agreed that 50 thousand EUR from the sale of the land will be allocated for purchasing land under the parade. The rest will be paid by the metropolitan district.
